Hilarious! How many times will this be posted? This is just a Chilean Air Force training flight returning to El Bosque airport in Santiago.  You're looking at the landing lights on what is most likely ENAER T-35s as they turn for short final. Relax, the invasion isn't imminent.

do ENAER T-35s hover?? i always thought that the T-35s where small aircraft similar to the cessna? and as you can see in this video these objects are not moving..kinda hovering? and as far as i know ,small ,cheap planes cant do that.
