The reason why we just found Jupiter Type planet is because our technology is to weak to detect smaller Objects. Its likely that there are trillions of Earth like Planets in our Universe. We just cant see them at the moment.

there are some missions which detect earthlike Planets in Future and its possible to detect Planets with 2 times the Earthmass with this telescopes.

Very interesting, well done, albeit dated video. I checked wikipedia today and the extrasolar planet count is now 296. That means that 81 more have been found since the video was posted. We seem to find them too at an ever faster rate. I am sure extrasolar moons will be next.

The count I mentioned may even be low, as I don't trust out government in as far as they may cover up any finds that arer likely to support life, as they have covered up UFOs
