Was a good assessment...I think rents and occupancy rates are a key factor to watch but out of the presentation the low number of permits combined with the relatively strong demand at these prices is positive just looking at the numbers...but underneath it all the increasing reliance on government for mortgages is not a healthy sign given the state of the country's fiscal health
