  • hello, i'm a dude, and i want a bigger ass too, a lot of guys do, they're just weird about it, i'm not. I have a nice ass, but i want it bigger and bubblier. Will this work for me as well?

  • I'm trying to lose some body weight but keep my hips and butt. The reason is my waist is about 35 and its kinda big and hip is 46. Im okay with that number for the hips, I just want to know how to go about doing that. Without losing some of my curves

  • @LaBellaElleTV I will be creating a max/min video soon showing the ladies how to lose the least amount of weight possible to create a slim waist but at the same time retain most of their hip size. So stay tuned.

  • Nun to expensive

  • I would like to know what can I eat and or drink to gain weight... I'm 89lb.. and I.can't gain weight.. and I'm 20.. but have a body of a 15. :/

  • I was 150 lbs and i have recently cut my portion sizes down and obtained a qorkout regimine I am now 137 lbs but I think I maty have loss the weight too fast because i have lost my butt or what little I had.

I ahve been doing the Romanian Deadlift with 30lb weight bar and I just do see really any resluts I see size decreasing ...I look slimmer toned in my arms n back but my stomach not so much.Should I increase the weights?

  • @RavenSeniece How tall are you? You may have dropped too much body weight. If you mostly had body fat and not much muscle like most women, you would have lost a lot of size. You can now develop size with weightlifting. Increasing weights is always something you should do, that is the point of the pyramid. But make sure you have protein to help build muscle. Also, do not workout too long or do too many exercises, you can shrink this way as stated in this vid.

  • Found it, yes! Thank you, sir, I can rest easy now. For a moment I was living in fear that butts were being eliminated. I'm just a guy that wanted to make sure women knew the importance of their posteriors.

Also, to the ladies, please don't lose that butt...it's valuable.

  • do you continue these workouts in the weekend, or you rest, ha~ new to working out :P

  • @LoveNaitomea Depends on your workout schedule. You will be working out with weights on lower body about every 5 to 6 days. So your workouts could land on a weekend or not. You could workout Monday and Friday or you can vary your workout day every 5 to 6 days. You will see that the rest time is needed when your muscles start to get sore.

  • Hello...I just came across your site. I'm a female and consider myself to be an apple shape. I gain more up top than bottom. Wanted to know if you have any recommendations for my shape.

  • To say that you CANNOT train and grow individual parts of your body like your butt is ABSOLUTELY FALSE!

  • @MrHeadwolf chest, bis, tris, those are all individual muscle groups that people train, stfu.

  • @phoLegit Uhh. . . I think you should read my comment again. I think we're saying the same thing. Chest, bis, tris, and glutes(butt muscles) can all be targeted individually. In the video he said that wasn't the case.

  • Hi i noticed that @maquillaje411 had the same concern/problem as me, can you please message me as well to advise me on how to keep my current body weight but lose my midsection? PLEASE ANSWER :)

  • Hi. I'm a guy. I have a nice butt, but --- I want it bigger. I've never lifted weights ever or been to a gym. Should I ask one of the trainers there how I can get a bigger ass? :/

Will my workouts be like the ones you advise the ladies to do?

  • @andomaxcha These workouts are for males and females. When it comes to weights, its gender neutral! I make my videos tailored to women because men are not really looking for bigger rounder butts. And the ones that do usually know about weightlifting already and how to go about doing it. Your workout will pretty much be just like this. The trainers at gym may let you use machines instead, but that's about it. Its eating and lifting. Your body and genetics will tell you how large you can get.

  • Thank you very much for these videos. I'm 155cm and 43kg I do home exercises everyday with dumbles and I'm happy with my body shape but I'd like to tone my bum and a little bit so can I try some of your workout or my weight will be a concern? and what is the proper weight for me to lift? thanks again.

  • i have belly fat. what can i do to loose the belly fat. I dont want to loose weight

i just would love to loose the belly fat and keep the rest the same...well not really the same i want to increase my legs and butt and get rid of cellulite! : ) any suggestions? sorry I also forgot to mention that my arms are too big i want to slim those. please help me.

  • @maquillaje411 I am going to send you a PM, as I will not have enough room to explain here. But for others viewing, this video is specifically for those woman who are thin all over, not just in certain areas. My videos for ladies have been mainly for the common thin "rectangular shaped" females looking for curves, and not the apple or pear shaped women. I will probably produce a vid on the different shaped females and how you can lose weight and build muscle as it is more complicated.

  • Just wondering - why do u say u can't spot train your butt? Legs are the only other parts that would get a good workout from doing butt shaping exercises. Well, maybe that's what u meant, that ur legs will change too?

  • @luvmusic487 Exactly what I meant. If someone is trying to get a bigger butt without increasing their entire body that is fantasy. Just like you reasoned, you work your butt muscles you will work your legs too! This is why isolation exercises are not the best for increasing body mass. Weightlifting can help make you bigger, smaller, or constant (i.e. if you are developed already) depending on your diet and training.

  • @beehot24

Ahh, I see. Thanks again for posting these videos.

  • Ok, thank you for the response. I was concerned when you said this was for "thin girls only". I was getting ready to purchase an Olympic weight set :)

  • Thanks for the info - Can you tell me if I can use this workout (or something similar) if I am trying to tone my body but not necessarily GAIN or get bigger? I am already shapely, but just need to increase muscle (lift butt, shape legs). Can I just incorporate more cardio, or should I not lift at all? I have been wanting to do Crossfit, but will be doing the workouts from home. thanks for any info you can give me!

  • @nana072007 Hard and muscular bodies only by weights! There are a lot of ways to gain different "degrees" of muscle. Interval cardio burst like (run stairs, hop stairs, sprint hills, jump rope, jump boxes etc.) with added weight (ankle weights/dumbbells) can tone and shape. Squatting, DLs, Lunges, Bridges, can hardened and shape. Kettle-bell type exercises can trim and shape (i.e. cardio with weights like Crossfit but better). For home; bridges, plyometrics, dog kicks, lunges etc. w/ weight.
