Philadelphia's First Buffered Bikeway - Spruce & Pine Streets

This is not an improvement. The street was perfectly bikeable before. Now cyclists are restricted to the most torn-up part of the road and are endangered by a number of problems. I have written a review of the new bike lane at The Segregated Cyclist blog.
