No doubt you know what you're doing. I'm one of those guys that just safely jump out of a plane (Haho/Halo jumps preferably). I kinda envy B.A.S.E jumpers, I'd love to jump in Kjerag,Norway sometime but the casualties of that split second error are a bit too many in my opinion..Uelli Geigenschatz was my 'hero' and..well..he didn't make it did he..
For the price of 500 skydives you could buy a house, or build 10 orphanages in the third world, if you already have a house. But I am grateful to be able to watch these adventures on youtube.
Find drop zone close to your home where You can start skydiving (the best way is to do AFF course). Start Skydiving. Do at least 200-250 skydives. Then You meet the minimum requirments to do a BASE Jumping course which is called FJC (First Jump Course), do at least 150-200 base jumps (my opinion), buy wingsuit, try it first from a plane, and than start doing wingsuit BASE Jumps...;) It preaty much like this...:)
Once im off the edge I dont really feel scared as long as things goes as planned. I can feel that my senses are allmost tickling as the terrain starts closing in, and in any other circumstance I suppose I would call it fear, but Im too focused on the line and taking in everything thats going on to feel scared.

What did you say at 1:36. Ha være? Have be?
JMHood1969 1 year ago
@JMHood1969
"ha en fin en a"
It translates to "have a nice one" :)
if you have interest in norwegian the a in the end is not correct written language, its just slang or verbal language.

Thats got to be the most incredible thing, I can't wait to get into BASE either. What is the name/ total elevation change for the jump?
Thanks!
MTNPANTS 2 years ago
The two different exits are separated by mabye 50m in elevation, +/- 1000m total to the landing.
