@89murph When did I ever say I like this version? By the way, if you used a tiny but of logic, you would realise that an American could potentially own a European keyboard, or even paste the Euro symbol to create an hilarious twist to the word "€uropean".
@koroush7 - i have no sense of music? i just said this is an amazing piece of music, im just commenting that the singer ruined it, which she did. And then you "LOL" at my vocal chords which makes no sense....so, well done.
@ taxIN7- Sorry, if you were hurt by my commenty! Actually, I find it good but the only problem with her was accent and too much pressure on the vocal chords and she was taking it to low( as if turning to base) at depths which made this not excellent but still it was fine! YOU MIGHT BE AN EXCELLENT SINGER, I myself am!!lol So, no offense to your vocal chords either! Take care, have fun, enjoy life!!!! Your humble foe from Greece!! 'LOL' AGAIN!!!!!
War vor ein paar Jahren beim Spiel unserer Nationalmannschaft in Wembley. Es war unglaublich beeindruckend, als dieser Song von 50.000 Fans gleichzeitig gesungen wurde. Ein bleibendes Erlebnis!!!
this will sound highly sexiest and i apologise but i went 2 a school where this was th unofficail school song and it just doesn't sound rigt without a male lead vocalist
@fluteceleste Was it not a German who said that England is a land without music? That may be one opinion, but we definitely have the best tunes! :) Also someone else, probably a Pope said "Why should the devil have all the best tunes"? Did he mean us the English? Possibly, protestant heretics are the majority.
p.s. Handel, Beethoven and Bach are the greatest classical composers in my humble English opinion, so I am no chauvinist (excellent French word)
@wodantheviking Actually, it was William Booth, the founder of The Salvation Army, that said "Why should the devil have the best tunes"? when they started using Variety Halls tunes on their hymns, very effectively I might add.
Doesn't Deborah Hawksley look ravishing! I loved her singing too.

every country in the world has beautiful music, and even more beautiful is when the music is spiritual

Such a glorious hymn! Wonderful! I wish we sang it here in America all the time, at every church service.

Deborah Hawksley is dynamite; Scott Lawton and the orchestra are easily a notch up from the Proms. If you like "Jeruslem", solo, this is it.

@89murph I said "Let me guess" not "You are American". Can you not read? Stop taking comments so seriously.

How can you judge intonation with such a vibrato? It's cheating!
