hey wasup. where can I get the rings and the strap? Is it just ordering? or some sports store? I live in san diego, california. ooh I forgot sometnig, how much is it aprox?
I live in san Diego as well there is this guy on Craigslist that sells them for 50. Search "kettlebells" he has a link to his online store. He is located in Rancho Bernardo.
oxygen is never a "fuel" for muscles. the fuel would be glycogen and hence pyruvate which is oxidised (hence aerobic) to form CO2. in anaerobic conditions (that is where no oxygen is available) pyruvate is metabolised to either ethanol or lactate. please don't pretend to be smart when you are clearly not informed.

Dude, go to PetSmart. Buy two thick doggie chew rings.
Then go to The Home Depot and buy some carbiners that fit the rings and some chains that can hold your body weight.

would this be considered anarobic or arobic exercise?

Aerobic would be closest but that all depends on the speed you perform the circuit at
aerobic = oxygen as the main fuel for working muscles
Anaerobic = pyruvic acid + oxygen as the main fuel for working muscles

Thanks for the video - I've got my rings on order and can't wait to get started... Your exercises look like a great way to kick things off.
Cheers!
