Batman's a stealth fighter. Cap's a head-on fighter. Batman would've lost eventually, but the fight would have been REALLY drawn-out. Why? Because they are so similar. the deciding factor is the Super Soldier Serum that means Cap never exausts. no fatigue means no getting sloppy.
Its a cool vid really liked the stop motion but with all the marvel villans Cap has fought as mentioned by other bloggers, Batman has taken out 4 White Martians, counterparts to the Green Martians (Martian Manhunter aka Jonn Jonzz) and I will point out Bruce Wayne has received no Super Soldier Formula. Oh yeah Batman has taken out the whole JLA.

The second time they met Batman admited he would lose to Cap is they kept fighting but why fight when they can get together and fight th real enemy. Bottom line is educated fans know Captain America would win.
