Well you have to also see that WWE modified his gimick and screwed him over in a way. His heel rapper gimick was over, and he didnt get restricted to a Hogan type move set(yes Hogan was a great worker in Japan but his WWF work was severely restricted.) and now he is stuck with a watered down thug/marine type gimick, his promos are not nearly as entertaining.
Vince is actually a decent guy in real-life [aside from when he tries to write himself into Diva storylines to get some poon], while RKO is a douchebag both on and off stage.
