anyone can do this, you guys just dont know how, i think the only "talent" artists have is being able to see art diffrently, or should i say, the rite way, since their youth, while others need more practice, i was always good at dragons but sucked at realism (people) now im wayyyy better after i studied anatomy instead of drawinh what i "think" they face should look like!

wow, painting with a mouse is no easy task. I salute you. I pixel painted some when I was younger, it never turned out so great, so i gave it up. Only recently started trying to learn to paint again in photoshop, but I have a wacom.I have always tried to figure out how to paint over a sketch without destroying the sketch. Do you use layers or do you just paint over on the same layer?

the lower jaw isnt too long..it is all a matter of perspective...with the snout nose on almost..it makes it appear shorter than it really is

Lower jaw is slightly too long. If the mouth is open the jaw is going down, not out. It's difficult to make it look like it goes down sometimes. Though making it slightly "smashed" together can sometimes help.
