I find it nobodies business to say they should or shouldn't. Its up to the women and in this day and age to say otherwise is wrong. If they want to punch the shit out of each other so be it. For the most part they are all good. I've seen pleanty of men get rocked and walk around like a zombie and shortly there after get pounded out. You can't just say its women who have lack of defense. Look at their right records against the men. Typically they have less fights and experience mostly.

Terrific (though kind of brutal) win for Jen Howe - likely retired now. Those punches Jen closed out the fight with looked devastating. Her left fist certainly got the job done...Jen didn't need a large number of punches...not much padding on those gloves.

Full credit and respect to LaRosa..Following that decisive defeat she's compiled about 12 consecutive mma wins.
