  • lol it is Orion

  • I want a Ducati now!!! I'm thinking a 848 though.

  • INSANE!! Man even my hand is cold and sweaty watching this video!!

  • 1,55 2 lap 1,53,8 and 1,52,47 disgracefull for a couple of guys of them level, true that they found some traffic but that should not be a excuse for them.

  • @miguelpariente ..motogp bikes do about 1.42 so not fast but awesome vid

  • you really think 1'52 on a stock bike with stock tires is something disgracefull? dude.... wake up!

  • @rubensnaves I have 7 all consecutives laps in jerez in mid 1.51's with a stock yamaha r6r 09, and using Dunlop ntec 211 compose 7704. thats why I said it is disgraceful for a couple of riders like them the times they were doing per lap thats it.

  • 3.48 hahahaha XD

  • lol!

  • frasul, fabrizio's a big fella so when he sticks his knee out his bike is almost upright if you watch him race you would see him do this on most corners.

  • @hairychinfinn ..fabrizio no bigger than 75kgs..less weight faster bike

  • @ducatikirk ... i said a big fella not a fat fella lol.

  • michel fabrizio is better than "quell'altro salame..."

  • ... 3:48

knee angle is exagerated... the slider hits the road with a wrong angle and pulls the foot off the stand. That's all, somethimes it appens.

  • 3:48 haha...

    feet position is wrong

  • It's Michel Fabrizio on the bike, He is actually 3rd in the Superbike World championnship, just behind Ben Spies ans his teammate Noriyuki Haga. Fast enough?

therefore Feet position is good.....very good ;)

  • think his foot just slipped off thats all

  • Good technique, the pilot was patient, waiting for a proper moment to pass was smart.

  • that wasn't a race dude...it's an advertising for the 1098R, nothing more

  • lol if they were actually racing they would be going sooo much faster

  • who is following who?

  • Seeing as the guy in the front has Ducati leathers and Fabrizio rides the factory bike, and McWilliams has gray leathers, I'd reckon McWilliams has the camera.

  • 3.48- thats the one for me....

  • g force? hanging off technique? you just can be kidding.... it´s called "oh shit factor" just that.... there is no technique on that...

  • its a technique called hanging off...u can ride into corner better...with much better cornering speed. if u have a gut of steel to do it...like those master in here.

  • I wonder why alot of the riders are hanging there leg out before turning in these days

  • Cause Rossi does it, duh!

  • I doubt it, as all classes of rider seem to be doin it. Iv herd it has something to do with G-Force under braking. Alow i dont find that very beliveble. Duh!!!!!!!!!!

  • You've got it, G-forces when these guys are braking like they do as late as they do can't be underrated! It's happened violently to me once in 1999 when I was doing massive speeds on my TL1000R around a motorway corner and suddenly saw the plod. I actually hurt my leg when hitting the fuel tank due to the deceleration forces. Proper tank slapper too as I was on soft Supermoto rain tyres:-)

  • @raptorama That really isn't why Rossi and the other riders stick their leg out. Ofcourse it might have happend to you if you were unprepared, relaxing your legs and had to brake hard and unexpectedly... or what ever, but if you brake as hard as you can, barely keeping the bike on two wheels, you will be able to keep your legs from harms way without really having to fight the force you're exposed to. The reason is either a weight transfer to keep the bike steady or it simply feels better.

  • for the same reason you take away from the bike your chest when you brake: 1) brake more (very little bit in the case of the leg); 2) less inertia/g-force for the leg hahahaha sounds not serious but this bikes should brake a lot.

also: when you go high speed, take, for example, the left leg out, and the bike will go to the left. Or drive with one hand, and the bike will tend to go to the side where you still have the hand. That side penetrates less the wind, therefor slower, so it turns.

  • @JPThomp7 , I think its to help initiate weight transfer when entering the corner. It seems to inspire extra confidence when pushing the limit.

  • Comment removed

  • @JPThomp7 its not for show,it helps for balance under breaking and sort of helps braking too! =)

  • @JPThomp7 lower centre of gravity

  • WOW!!

6.50-7.00 i think he's over the edge of the tire!! incredibile!!!

  • its the DTC

  • What a video ! Its hard to believe these are stock bikes that can be used on the road ! 1:50 round jerez would probably get you on a national superbike grid wouldnt it ! Awesome sounds too !!

  • I don't really know whether u deserve to have a comment on here at all. Whilst I decide I'll give u a chance to reply to this: Do you know who Jeremy McWilliams is?

  • dude raptor.. let em comment.. he's jealous cause he got no biker license :D

  • clown

  • psh. like you can ride better. stfu bitch.

  • @joecash2010 haha, you just fucked yourself

  • what a vid mate. I want 1. Any chance of lendin £24,000 of anyone.

  • lol 1.52

    that's incredible

  • thank god, one hello of a vid!

  • thanks for that ,pure class ! liked the double take from fabrizio about 6.40 ,as if to say ,jeez you still there old man .jezza still has it . thats some lap time for a stock bike on what looked like stock gearing

  • Thanks!
