I meant it's a shame the series wasn't continued until present day, unlike the Need for Speed Series. If Bleifuss once was better than NFS it might stil be today - if there was a today for it. But unfortunately there haven't been any new parts in the last 14 years. :-(
can someone tell me how to play with or without cd ? it always cd "insert cd" ... i have all i need: a mounted image, a cd, dgvodoo glidewrapper and a shortcud with vdm sound.........but all still not work always this shit with: please insert cd......can anyone help me please?
dosbox runs the program itself alright but it asks for the cd to be inserted, which it already is. I press escape to get rid of the cd screen and dosbox goes mental, freezes up and starts screeching. Dos itself wasn't as fiddly shit as this, any ideas how I can get the damn thing to notice the CD's in?
Back then I considered Bleifuss better than the NFS series. Too bad there are no successors, I wonder what they would look like today...

@Director84 : There is one successor to this, it's the 1997 title called Screamer Rally (a.k.a. Bleifuss Rally).

Open up Dosbox and type INTRO, and then HELP if you need to know the commands
