How to play versus mode on L4D2 PC single player

@africancichlids13 @Emil1499 you need to set "+allow_all_bot_survivor_team 1" (without quotes) as launch option first. And sb_all_bot_game 1 must be set BEFORE you create the server, thus you will be doing this:

1 - l4d2 properties > launch options > +allow_all_bot_survivor_team 1 ||

2 - enter game ||

3 - console > sv_cheats 1 ||

4 - console > sb_all_bot_game 1 ||

5 - console > map *mapname here* versus ||

@thedarkabyss100 if it's the steam version, you can find it by right clicking the game in the library, then properties, then "set launch options". If not, you gotta add the parameter in the shortcut's destination (ie: properties on L4D2 shortcut, target file will be something like "C:\Games\Left4Dead2\left4dead­2.exe" and you will add "+allow_all_bot_survivor_team 1", no quotation marks. :)

Hey every1 , dude u helped me all works fine , but i got 1 prob when i start the game and playing like 30 secs and the game was finished , it disconnect me to main menu and in console typs "SERVER SHUTTING DOWN" , can u help me with that...!

hey sb_all_bot_game 1 won't work and i have sv_cheats 1 on the bots just stay in place the whole time, the bots use to comeplete the chapters and everything >:(

this sucks, i think valve mad eit impossible to play single player versus because back then with sb_all_bot_team 1, the survivors actually completed the chapters, now all we can do is just watch them idle :( FUCK YOU VALVE

But Bots still just stand in one place and do nothing... i can't find any way to make them go through the map, couldn't find any mods or they don't work... something is bugged here...

i know, it happens all the time dont worry, its because u are playing on a gltched server and regularly, u need one human player on both teams

@halotastic IN L4D1 these commands work fine and then bots start to go throuth the levels, but i think that L4D2 is missing waypoints or something for bots, for example like in Counter-Strike.
