Okay i have the same operating system as you and i ran the filter in compatibility mode then i ran the .exe file and when i ran it a window pops up and shuts down really quick.. is this my problem? i ran it in administrator mode as well, and i have my controller plugged in and i still cant get it to work... any help?

I have a question. Well, I have MotionJoy installed on my computer, and when I go to game controllers and test it according to that the controller is functioning. (Besides the analog, but I can just use D-pad.) So, it works according to that. However, I can't get it to work with any of the games I run through my emulator, ePSXe. Do you know how I can get it to work on my games that I run through ePSXe?

@Joshvanburen It's alright. I found a video eventually. All I was doing wrong was mapping the buttons. Like Z jumps on Crash Bandicoot 2 so I wanted the jump button to be X. So, I'd click on the box pointing to X and press Z when really I was suppost to press X on the controller.

On XP Start->Run type cmd in the box, then hit enter. On Vista/7, hit the start orb, type cmd in the box and hit enter.

Make sure this file is in the same folder as ps3sixaxis:

libusb0.dll

Also, run the command prompt as administrator. Let me know if this works.

yeah its the left analog stick, to look up and down its left and right on the analog and to look left and right its up and down on the analog, its completely mixed up. i am using vista business 32bit

Start->All Programs->Accessories->Command Prompt.

Right click on it, and click run as administrator. Then, navigate to the executable in the command prompt, and run it.
