  • Its amazing that someone could say that the artist WHO CREATED THE SONG doesn't have the right to play it how he is feeling at that moment..... if your looking for canned, lip synced performances, than your at the wrong place...... milly vanilly has some songs for you....

  • I love this version, you guys are just all butthurt because Lou is experimenting with the song. I swear, if people don't hear a song like it was on a record then they get all mad and offended. It's his song and he can sing it and play it anyway he damn well pleases.

  • What is the rush Lou? What is the so wrong with the singing and playing of this once great song know from the Banana record. Asshole. And miss you RIP Robert Quine I would never know this was the great Quine playing. bop bop baby. Tired of you Lou for years .. you are better categorized as a poet. Drugs fried you brains and you need more shock treatments or something ....

  • Jesus, this sucks. The best thing that happened to this song is the REM cover.

  • @wrenwright troll..ive seen u comment that like on 4 videos

  • @jaqua524 Bite me.

  • @wrenwright i'd prefer not to, im not a cannibal..you sick FUCK

  • This is my favorite song from the Banana record and it's hard to replicate that sound but still this is good.

  • @11xzxzxz it's sure is great, all tomorrow's parties is my favourite from the first.

  • @MundayMotion I might not have like parties enough or I didn't listen enough. I was not into John Cale, I suppose. I guess I'm not "a reall fan" as I just like the first 3 songs on side 1 & 2. Sunday Morning and Waiting for my Man are great.

  • i don't like the disco sound

  • What disco sound...?

  • music sounds like disco music

  • LOU'S TOO COOL!

  • Yeeahhh

  • what's wrong with you people? this is a smokin' version.

  • Sorry Lou Reed don 't insult your own sixties jewel songs by such a crappy and odd coverage !

  • why did lou reed have to fuck up one of the smoothest songs with the velevets geez

  • happy mid 80's disco cheez version

  • The LAS version is much better.

  • How can it be better, they're two completely different songs.

  • It's a different song you fucking idiot!

  • lol so funny

I thought you talking about lasvagas version or something.

  • did you mean that comment, ha ha, class if you did

  • way too upbeat disco for me

  • This was pre-disco. The song's from like 1966 haha. And I don't care if he's playing Bluegrass- Saunder's Bass Lines are so fat they're morbidly obese. This is one of the least fucked up Velvets songs Lou has done.

  • i'm agree with you ...

  • We miss you, Robert Quine. :(

  • love this song!! and to Lou too..

  • Like this joyride, disco kinda take on this song^^

  • Génial! merci beaucoup! thanks very much i adore it since my birth!!

  • i'd like to hear lou play disco mystic!

  • REM did a good version of this one

  • Genial!

  • I have several CD boots of 85-86, all "poppy" with guitars so low in the mix! Such a shame!!!! Thank god the aberration only lasted a couple of years.

  • This is my favourite VU song right now."You'd better hit 'er".Love that so much.

  • Nice live version... A little bit "80's disco style" but still fine.

  • Do you have any more of this concert?
