Nice collection of Lord of the Rings art. I spotted Hilderbradt art along with Alan Lee. The Lord of the Rings by Alan Lee and company (his friends he lists on his web site). Anyway, I really read the Lord of the Rings in High School, and I even bought the extra dictionary that details the things in the books. I have seen the movies, and have no desire to watch them again, I really know the story; J.R.R. Tolkien is part of me, as I simply learned it. J.R.R. Tolkien was a Battle of Somme, WWI, veteran officer, and this profoundly affected his writing and it shows in the drama.

Great job daxm12! Just want to clarify that some of the paintings are actually not made by Alan Lee and John Howe (!). For instance The Hildebrandt brothers and Ted Nasmith are represented in there, to name a few, and who deserves credit in their own right. Good work none the less!
