Anybody here know If I would be able to get this tone with my MESA QUAD PRE, and the MESA 2:90 SIMULCLASS? I think my Ibanez delay is killing me. Maybe I should just go out, and buy the ENGL Screamer 50 that a guy on Craigslist is selling.Who out here knows if it could just be that the MESA QUAD needs more refinement/ tweaking to get this tone, or could it just be that I need the TC ELEC. G Major effect rack?

Was that coil tapped or not ?

What effects are you using, i hear a hint of delay and a wah :)

Hi there,

Coil was not taped. I use the g-major for reverb and delay and the wah is a morley Bad Horsie 2.
