  • You said if you work out 1 hour a day then that leaves 23 hours when you're not burning calories. That's complete horseshit. That would mean if you don't work out at all, which plenty of people do (don't work out that is), you don't burn ANY calories. Your body burns a bunch of calories just for its regular, daily functions, like breathing and digesting food. You should know that.

  • Yes, you lose fat faster in the morning before you eat, than in the night or afternoon. It's scienitifically tested, and anyway, in morning its harder!

  • Vince can I do this and the second Free Weight Training Program together? And is it important to do it all in a row? Because I dont own a pullup bar but there is one on a sports ground a few minutes away.

  • but you have to do cardio as to warm up and cool down let blood flow or else its not as healthy i hear, and some SHORT INTENSE bursts of cadio a few times a week to think fast grow brain etc only proven wa also really helps with muscle recovery! tell me what you think
