  • dope ass players

  • your amazing team but the way you mix it but I'm bored

  • The track at 2:53 please ??

  • can you tell me your thoughts on the urei 1601, might be picking one up 2nd hand...

  • WHER CAN I GET THOSE BLACK THANGS(MIDDLE OF PLATTER)???? WHUT THEY CALL? HELP PLZZZ!

  • Great music for great equipment. Sorry, how you push the music on the video eliminated a real noise, the music go at tempo with music. you record the video and session for other part and after you put the music on the video no?, which is the program you use. Thanks for all and large life to house music, regards from barcelona. Look my videos.

  • @TheDjOptimusPrime recorded the video on a little Canon ixus, and the sound on an iKey usb recorder. Then mixed the two together in Windows movie maker. But now I have a camera with a line-in, so no need to record the audio separately! :)

  • BAD!!!

  • great little house set

  • great equipment and great mxing. old - house in the best.

  • Juggling on any digital based system is pointless. That's what the loop feature is for, Klingon. REMIX IT, McFly.

  • nice!

  • @fvallejo2 he's getting a vinyl vibe

  • Hey, if you dont mind me asking, how much is a whole set up like this?

  • Really digging the vibe here mate, nice work. Good to see some vinyl influence in your CD mixing! :) Keep it up

  • not bad man

  • nice i like this very much , a nice mix

check this guy out his sound is amazing

    check out his new track

    /watch?v=V1tA_zeEn2U

  • @fvallejo2 ,well it is about skills you have and not about what gear do you use, pffff

  • @fvallejo2 yea but djs do that. if you dont like it, just hit that fuckin loop button, but you know, thats pretty much work...

  • @fvallejo2

Maybe I'm old school, but 'juggling' is a great way to skill up.

    Lazy DJ's rely on looping.

Why not do away with decks altogether?? Lets just do it all on the PC....... :/

    Long live vinyl

  • whats the name of the track that starts at 3:56? i heard it years ago! i like!

  • upgrade , to cd's, man .. what ?

  • Me? Never, love my records too much.

  • man read what u wrote above lol it went something like:

" One of these days I am going to upgrade to spinning cds"

like I said, what ? upgrade to cd's!!!

    blasphemer !!

lol jokin mate doesn't matter what th weapon of choice is its the beats that move the feet

techs are m choice but eh thats all that there was when i started out in 89 sure I'd be usin whatever now but I'd draw the line at the beatmathing softwares...now thats just total BS inmyhumbleopinion

  • NOW THAT WAS A GOOD SESSION

  • capo!!!

  • song list please;

  • slick mix

  • na ganz klasse !

  • its great value for money though

  • is those denons platter 7inch?

Good video. But not my type of music.

    fank you

  • yes

  • they BE sKillz in this here mix. nice.

  • Allmost perfect !!!

  • Holy shit this is some real classic house shit!!! Awesome mix!!!!

  • what kind of speakers you got?

  • FUCKING BEAUTIFUL

  • house classic beautifullllll!

  • i love the dns3500 better than the cdj 1000, by far...i just wish they were better built because i had to send mine back for diff. stuff, like pitch slider going off, cue button not working...stuff like that

  • i looking forward to sell my 3500 and buy new dns3700,btw,nice mix mrecho

  • I was thinking the same thing however do you think that we will have more control of our mixes using the 3700

  • no, its all timing, save the time you would have to work to pay for 3700's, and practice with the 3500's and you will be that much better

  • wow.

    That's really amazing!

Your better than tiesto i think!

  • Ofcourse better than tiesto, tiesto sucks, tiesto plays trance which is different than this beautifull music..

  • o ye tiesto sucks thats why he is the only DJ to play in the o2 arena and sell it out on both days for some strange reason i dont think he sucks you goat!

  • Dude, tiesto is overrated man, he isn't that amazing, its just that rookies that think electronic music think tiesto, but lets not get off topic, Tiesto and this is like Apples and Oranges, not the same shit, and sorry if I offended your opinion, everyone is entitled to have their own taste

  • I agree with your comments mate even though i dont like Trance music i know Tiesto is one of the best djs going.

  • Lo que son las cosas yo tengo dos y una DJM 800, y no tengo tiempo de practicar mucho. Pero amo mis aparatos como si fueran otros de mis hijos o mas. :)

  • pioneer are industry standard for a reason guys , they are the best hands down

  • BRAVO!!! did i just say bravo?....

  • great mix

  • For me best on youtube:)))

    good job:)

  • i must agree i live house but this is one of em VERY good sets i have heard in a while.now you make me wanna cheat on my xponent with em dns3500s...they are just yummmy.

  • that urei mixer looks awesome

  • I love the first track whats the name of it??

  • LOGIC - blues for you

  • no pasa nada son un asko, yo tengo dos. Ahora me cambio a pioneer

  • i love to loop all my transitions because it makes the mixes more fluid. although it can be difficult looping the perfect loop, it's still worth it. btw good mix i have the same hardware and have no complains

  • Denon

3500 All the way . fuck pioneer band wagon jumpers. just because they cost more doesnt mean they are better. Sick ass house also.

  • thats nice bro

  • can you connect the dns3500 directly to the speakers without using a mixer,,?? just to use it as cd player??

  • Yes, it's just like a normal CD player. You don't need a mixer. You can just connect it to an amplifier and speakers if you want (or to a pair of active loudspeakers).

  • Lovin the tracks and the mixin, gr8 stuff

  • very good

  • nice one man smooth i liko your urei mixer :)

    watch my vids :)

  • damn good mixing mate

  • it is pretty impressive, but it takes so long, and there is not a real qlimax, too slow music, no excitement, and i really dont think you could call this house music, just for the fact u make it at home i suppose u call it house music... house music is harder, louder, and has way more beats in it. Though good and impressive, but no house.

  • haha dude you are a an idiot. this is jackin/deep house. Who is jack? You will never understand

  • this respons to dejosties

  • huh?...i didnt know in order for house music to be house music it has to be "harder, louder, and have more beats in it"... thanks for the great knowledge my friend =) hahahaha

  • Ok, it might be house, but in holland this is not at all house... Dj's like luke howard, dj antoine, steve angello make house music. Dirty house it's called, not as slow as this, by the way, you really like this?

  • like you said.. its called "dirty house", there are so many types of house music. This kind of house is not really my type of music but i still respect it, there are probably many people who love this kind of music, you know what im saying?

  • this is good music very nice

  • nice mix and super decks!

  • i enjoyed it! all the best djing!

  • wat's the pitch resolution/increment on the Denon S3500?

  • Your FX/tricks etc that you did with the fader were great. Nice Beat-juggling. Most DJs now just know the FX for their effects. I admire your abilitiy to use 2 copies of the same track.

Mixes were short and a bit rough in places, but that's OK, considering how much you played around and worked the fader you would've had less time for matching/EQing/Gains.

Not as groovey and deep as I like it, but I loved not hearing commercial cheesy crappy house.

1 of my fav videos for sure :D

  • How much are these turntables ea ?!?! holla back to me :P

  • nice mix, and nice tron mixer i also have one!

  • boring

  • Wow man. Tough to please. This mix was friggin great!

  • nice mix

  • nice mix and nice set of decks.

  • THE BEST HOUSE MUSIC... Fajne gosciu kawałki powybierał. Dla mnie kozak....I love this music...:) Poland

  • any one know if pioneer is good for chop and screw

  • fukin hell mate the videos only at 1.30 and its good. wicked openin tune, couldnt have picked a better one. nice one!

  • great, great,great, real house !!!!!

  • fook me REAL house!

    tip top myfriend

fook the mix, nowt wrong wi it mate,

good to see a geezer workin from inside ones soul, through me back to graeme park at the hacienda and that aint such a bad thing!

great demo of the tables myfriend just wat i was lookin for when sizin up the cdj market, top one, mucho gracias

  • good job

  • I've hunting for that mixer to get some info on it. Shockingly, I've seen it in the club instead of the Pioneer Djm's. What kind is it?

  • Great set, good song selection. Nice to hear some good ol' 'true' House instead of supposed House that sounds like trance or euro (no disrespect to those respective sub-genres). Peace, Tai

  • Yes, this is the House Music that i like.

  • yea i need to post some videos soon i accually bought my deanons for an all around kinda feel mostly becouse denon and technics companys have the only spinning cd platter the denons are far more accuarate and with the 3500's you can accually put a real 7 inch vinyl on top instead of the plastic disc

but yea i could not sell my 1200's though but i will admit i use my denons alot more and i barley touch my pioneers but im plannig on getting the new DNS5500's check them out their insane dude

  • great set dude a bit rough in a few spots but hey that just adds to it intro a bit long but very good how long you been spinnin?? oh by the way nice to see some old house tricks you incorporated in their i still use my 1200's but also got 3500's for the clubs now get back to me man

  • Where you from? US or UK?

  • The UK

  • House has been called repetitive, good mix though!

  • Nice mix, though. I think the intro was too long. make it 64beats or something. I counted somewhere around 130! thats a bit too long and gets boring

  • ZAL MI CIE

  • I was wondering does anybody know any good music stores in Manhattan that actually sell good djing music?(Knew to Djing and just got my set DN-S3500 yesterday)

  • hows that mixer ever had any problems

  • Mixer is nice, well built, smooth faders, etc. No problems yet

  • Good Mix, just not my style of music but it was a good mix

  • Man. I have been waiting ages to see what the s3500s are capable of. Thanks for a great lesson here.

  • no the second song because the groove of it so damn nice.If you could help me that would be so very nice because i can't rest before i know the name of this song!!

  • The track list was listed earlier in the comments 3 separate times, but here it is (again!) for a 4th time:

    Logic, Blues for You

    The Messenger, Main Vibe

    Todd Edwards, Saved my Life

    :)

  • the name of first track??

  • hey mate if u really want quality go pioneer cdj 1000 mk3 not that crappy ass dn-3500 shit.

  • CDJs are waaaaaaay too plasticky for me...mate! I prefer the rotating METAL platter on my Denon thank you very much. :)

  • i really want to know wich artist made the second song? Help me i want to know.I was speecheless i was really impressed.Nice mixing however!!

  • borin' ....c'mon u have a tormanesa and do just stupid things !! ....c'mon

  • niceee

  • Yo i just bought the denon ds 3500's and im completely in love with them

  • And I as a fellow beginner dj, I would have to say that mr echos' video was the one that made me go out and buy cd decks... not denons, but anyway, i just loved the way he manually looped the song. I have seen hundreds of vids and this is one of the best. Go ahead and post a vid "fellow dj" that has 89 thousand views and 4 star rating with you taking the denons to a whole new level (lol), and then your comments are welcome.

  • lol "YE NEED some PRACTICE" AYE and I'll be having a bit o' whale oil with that order as well matie! :p

  • Well, maybe one day I might be as good as you - one can but dream!! (out of interest, where are all your videos BRO?)

Seriously mate, those decks were 3 days old when I made that video! Just got the decks to play my music collection on - that's it. I'm not planning to ever become a "DJ", so no need for any patronising "YE NEED some PRACTICE" comments

    And learn to spell!!

  • what!!! you bought the decks and you have are not planing to be a dj! men in this fuckin word there are too many rich people and others that are dreaming to be a dj and can't afford them yet. i'm oneof them :S

  • heh ditto :p I'm looking into getting a S3500 and was wondering how he got the sound so crystal clear

  • Sound was recorded directly onto a laptop (and dubbed to the video in Windows Movie Maker)

  • ah thank you ^_^..what if ya don't have a laptop..:x could you do it directly into your desktop PC? and if so any programs you might suggest?

  • Yep, laptop or desktop - it doesn't matter. I use a program called soundforge but just Google a program called "Audacity" and use that instead - it's free and just as good.

  • I actually have that program lol didn't think I could do much with it...the kid-like minimalistic interface threw me off I guess

  • damn..how could hou have all the money for this equipment...for me it's even impossible to imagine..have old omnitronic cdj, a goooood gemini mixer and a technics 1210...but..damn..these machinaries are...euh....woahhhh

  • pretty good

  • thats what im talking about jack had a groove

  • Nice mix and setup, love the mixer, its a Urei right?

  • esta bien la musica péro te falta ritmo.

    3. Todd Edwards, Saved my Life

  • Dude you should be doing freakin clubs/parties.. by the way I would like to know the second track plz...

  • Hah. I had been about to ask; kudos.

Incidentally; I've a pretty extensive collection of seminal house, deep-house and electro-house uploaded, if anyone fancies it. Search on Youtube for 'The Cosmic Lounge'.

(Oh, and keep practising. I sincerely wish that more DJs would play this sort of thing.)

  • excellent mixin

  • im so jeolous! i want those denon tables

  • omg thats crazy shit mann love it keep it up!!

    ^^

  • You gotta smooth rhythm.....good job!!! I remember when I use to dj with 1200's...there is just something about play House with vinyl that makes it more worth while. But keep your groove going......!!

  • good job

  • OK merci c'est sympa d'avoir répondu! Bonne continuation!

  • Salut

  • what a shit comment SingJiya

very good Tracks and a nice Set ^^
