You need to reduce the volume during recording or something. The sound is atrocious. Try recording it on lower volume and increasing it during the editing process.

As for the video, it might have been better with a shorter intro and just the song (which might need subtitles if you can't improve the sound) I think your voice has potential, but I am not a talent scout or anything.
