As a teaching video this was just horrible.

How the heck is anyone who wants to learn how to cook the dough follow this? 250gms? How many cups is that? And how much water is he using, do we guess? Seeing as how he didn't have a rolling pin, I'm guessing he didn't have a measuring cup either.

Oh, and 30mins to do a traditional rise without even punching down? Can you say cracker? I'm not even going to mention the egg.

Come to think of it. Better that a beginner doesn't follow this.
