Now, I'm relatively new to this concept of "brainwave meditation," can you give us some of the names of these "researchers" or test results? I'm curious about these findings.
@AnubisEye009, It's a scientific fact that our brains have certain neural oscillation patterns called Brain waves which help function certain parts of the brain. The more linear and slow the oscillation is, the more relaxed you will become cognitively. The more exponential and quick the oscillation is, the more mentally quick you will be. Our brains emit certain types of waves, which affect the way our brain cells send neurotransmitters. So listening to this will train your brain.
@AnubisEye009, If you're referring to the idea that certain brain waves will induce certain personality traits, such as creativity or motivation, then I will say there is no evidence that I have found that supports those claims. But I do think these waves will generally increase your cognitive functioning or will relax you. But yes, I don't think a certain type of brain wave will specifically increase your creativity or allow you to become optimistic in life. I think that's BS.
Well, perhaps it doesn't work for everybody. It started to make me sweat and feel mildly nauseous...how odd.

@Nashhinton Your explanation sounds "sound," but you have not given the names of these "researchers."
