Ah, Sabine, I enjoyed your interpretation, and interesting because my nurses will speak of their conscience letting them sleep at night, so it makes sense when you observe the nurse doing something 'for herself' because she does act in accordance with her knowledge while also applying her ethics. Nurses sometimes disregard the wishes of a patient who can't know right from wrong while in distress; and even disregard or 'modify' a doctor's orders if harmful to the patient. Thanks and love!

This video reminds me how it is not like that anymore in our hospital in Canada.

So far away I can say !!! Our health system need big change now.

And many nurses still so devoted but so tired in the same time.

They became sick and we are loosing the best one. It is realy bad.

Yes, Catherine, the shortage of nurses is rampant

in this country, too. Long hours for low wages is a

recipe for disaster in hopes of recruiting/retaining

quality individuals. It took me 9 months to find a

measure of relief for my primary caregiver: Linda.

I'm sorry you're system is also in distress. We've

an ever-growing population, and yet not able to

care for current let alone future patients. Thank

you for your visit and lovely wishes for my mom.
