Government Attorneys with gavels have too much Authority, too little Honor & Integrity and every oversight in gov't branches & offices are not doing their duty in holding these Judges accountable. Lawyers have infiltrated every branch of office & branch of government with KEY positions given Immunity from Misconduct. The Judicial branch has become a tool for Retaliations of ctizens, professionals who stand up to gov't corruption

check out Court Registry Investment System (C.R.I.S ) selling cases on the stock market for profis, all courts are (Corporations), doing businness on Dunn & Bradsteet, they even trade in Juvenile cases...13th amendemnt is a joke

@ngonea un-stinking-believable. thanks for sharing. Like bailouts on Wall St., our judiciaries flaunt their arrogance, like 'they know best for all the rest' all the while the corruption is ruining hundreds of thousands of families in this great nation. Deplorable that our short puny lives mean so little.

This is a very serious issue. But, a sidenote: a man in a suit testifies that when he was uncovering problems, he was threatened with transfer to the Bronx. But, he negotiated that he would not file a lawsuit claiming retaliation if he could be transferred to Saratoga Springs where he has a home. Yipes! That is the problem with government. It is so easy to scare, co-opt and divert people. Reminds me of the Dan Bern song: "God Said No", about how hard reform and action are.

This was an Awesome hearing because it showed the people have the freedom of speech to raise legitimate concerns
