The prosecutor now says Amanda had no motive for killing Meredith. Raeffele and Rudy in this theory would have even less reason.
The prosecutor theory: Amanda,Raeffele and Rudy arrive at the house at 11. Rudy comes on to Meredith she turns him down. He attacks her. She screams and Amanda and Raeffele come in and help him end result she killed. Rudy leaves the house. Amanda and Reaffele then stage a break-in. If Amanda or Reaffele know who Rudy is he a break-in and petty thief. They know his DNA and fingerprints are over the murder scenes. If Amanda tells the police about Meredith fears of a black man name Rudy part 1.

DNA deniers who cannot accept that the reason Knox & Sollectio were acquitted is because there is NOTHING linking them to the crime scene. Funny that with all the bad handling of evidence they still managed to find Rudi Guede's bloody handprint, bloody footprint, DNA on and inside Meredith, in her handbag, in the bathroom. Let's not forget , Knox was not cleared as only the DNA was discredited on the knife...even the judge says she guilty but they had NO CHOICE on the evidence that was presented regarding the knife to acquit her..simple as that...she was found guilty on ALL the evidence and Aquitted on ONE PIECE off evidence ...their should off been a retrial ommittng the knife, simple as that and I have no doubt she STILL would off been found guilty and got LIFE.

@braska19 i agree with you. in a country where immigration is low, people from other countries tend to get blamed, even though Patrick lived there for many years. i wonder what's going to happen for Rudy? the others got off scot-free after 4 years. i reckon, he's going to serve the full 16 years and i wouldn't be surprised if he complained for being jailed for longer...
@hennah11 Rudi is going to stay in prison where he belongs, as is the case with people who are guilty of murder and sexual assault. He should receive another 16 years for falsely implicating two innocent people. Not that this behaviour was unusual for Rudi, mere days before murdering Meredith he was arrested in Milan after breaking into a nursery school to sleep there. when police found him he was in possession holding an 11-inch knife. Nice guy is Rudi, a real stand up citizen
@tharleyify hello. I'm not very sure about the justice system in Italy, i'm sorry to say. From what i've come across for the past few days, their justice system seems to be a pile of bullshit. you're not the only one whose lost for words. it really pisses me off that they let the Kercher family down like that. i mean, there was a lot of evidence against Knox, anyway.
