The screen does not rotate but it does not need to as it is circular duh. Yes, it shows the band as well as images and lites just as previous tour screens. Also the seats behind the stage have the EXACT same view as others on the side or front. The stage is set up a few dozen feet from the back area more towards center of field.

The claw looks kinda neat. But I still like the band emerging from a giant lemon better. The music had an attitude and an intended cheekiness that went hand in hand with the lemon. The claw, however, just seems like a gimmick. What about No Line makes you think of a claw?

Hahaha if anything the Lemon was the gimmick. Explain how else you'd like them to play in an open roof stadium in the round without building something like the Claw? It's called the Claw cause of it's structure which was a necessity. It has absolutely nothing to do with making you think of NLOTH.

How does a rotating stage stop the fact that a large chunk of the audience will be behind them? Its just that every 15 minutes or so, a new section of the audience will be behind them. Some say its a rotating screen. But Ive also read that the band itself wont actually be on the screen, but that may not be accurate.

The screen will show many different things, including the band. I've seen pictures and you see the band playing on the screen. Also, it will be much easier for them to play for the people that are behind the stage, as they don't have any backdrop or video curtain like the Vertigo Tour

Hahaha NO THEY HAVE NOT been playing open stadiums in THE ROUND. This is the first time anyone has done it. Pull your head out. The Lemon was a gimmick. They ahvea song called Lemon but that was on Zooropa not Pop. The Claw is what makes it possible for them to play near the middle of the field. 20% of the audience watched them from behind on the Vertigo tour as well. You clearly don't know shit.

My reply was that they have been playing open stadiums for 20 yrs. It IS possible to play a stadium without ANYONE sitting behind you. I know Lemon was on Zooropa. But if you dont think a Lemon doesnt fit the attitude on Pop as well, then Pop is above you....so dont listen to it.
