  • @OnePotChefShow thanksfor taking the time to reply. Much obliged.

  • I have fresh bread and no food processor. What do I do from there to make the bread crumbs for this recipe? Please Help anyone.Thanks.

  • @ishabicole Freeze the bread, then grate it using a cheese grater ;)

  • @ishabicole i use a blender.....

  • @ishabicole If you sit the bread out to harden a bit, you can roll it between your hands to make the crumbs. Don't let your bread get too hard. I would let it sit out about 20 minutes before you start to put the meatballs together. Hope this helps!!!!!

  • Great Recipe!.. I like your eyes by the way :-)

  • I think I know now why mine haven't been sticking together properly. Been using the dried breadcrumbs. Just that it's a short cut. Good thing about this recipe is the meat mix can be the basis for rissoles as well.

  • what happens if the eggs beaten a lot?

  • @missrosetejano It doesn't really matter how much you beat the eggs, as long as the yolks and whites are combined ;)

  • I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS, I LEARN SO MUCH FROM YOU SO THANK YOU

  • lovely accent darlin

  • awsome dude, niiiice!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • LOVE your accent!!!

    This dish looks absolutely delicious!

  • This looks incredible! I have fallen in love with your channel, thank you so much for putting this up here! There are lots of cooking channels, but so many of them are unrealistic for what I can do with two kids running around my house. Not only are your recipes easy to follow, uncomplicated, and quick, but they're delicious, and my kids love them too! Again, THANK YOU!!!

  • You're very welcome :)

  • This chap shows real simple recipes using ingredients that pretty much most households have or can lay their hands on easily. Generally, fresh herbs and fresh garlic etc are better but these recipes are simple and well...........one pot stuff. I have managed top hotels for years and whilst I wouldn't use these there, there are absolutely perfect for home with the kids. Good on you! Keep em coming.

  • Will do!

  • *slow claps*

  • @OnePotChefShow LMFAO!!!! I was thinking the same thing. Nice response, and love the Channel. Keep up the good work!

  • @MrHoodey Wow, what a douche.

  • @MrHoodey Wow, what a douche.

  • @MrHoodey what a fucking asshole!!! these vids are grea and you wouldnt know great if it came up behind you and bit you in the ass!!!

  • @MrHoodey You're rude, and stupid at the same time.

  • @MrHoodey Another 5 year old who thinks hes funny.

  • @MrHoodey Fucktard.

  • thanks

  • you are a genius

  • as a college student, this is awesome!

  • Batchelor cooks are the best

  • @Gunnarsguns

    are u one?:)

  • yes....i am now

  • this is great by doing everything you did there but adding pasta to it and maybe using smaller meatballs its utterly yummy :), i love your videos they inspire me D:,, x

  • omg your hair in this one

  • OMG I never noticed that LOL - this is what happens when my hair clippers stop working ;)

  • great, easy recipe! funny thing... I always wondered why the meatballs fell apart during cooking.. funnily enough - I used all the same ingredients as you... but never did the browning in the pan first.. now I'll have to try it your way - and likely be more successful. :-) cool! Thanks for sharing your recipes... :-) - Kristen

  • Actually, it's the chilling in the fridge that helps them stay together. The egg and the breadcrumbs combine making the meatballs firmer. The browning helps too, it creates a bit of a "shell" on the outside ;)

    Hope you enjoy them!

  • haha - I'm sure I will.. thanks again - you rock! :-)

  • p.s. oh my gosh - I have to tell you - I was laughing so hard when you said ''and that's ground beef for you Americans....'' LOL.... hahaha, funny thing - I have been watching your show on here a lot - and like ''YES!!! I don't have to convert Fahrenheit to Celsius!'' because you use c°.. lol and then you said you americans hahaha too funny :-) (I'm American - but I live in Germany.) haha still getting used to c° but when I watch your show I don't have to worry about that.. ahaha

  • @IamKris411

c° is so much easier than F!

It is just 100 units between freezing point and boiling point.

19-24 is the perfect temperature range to feel comfortable (slightly cool).

    30-32 is a hot day.

    Human temperature is around 36.5.

37 and above you are getting sick 38-40 you have a serious fever.

50 degree is where your coffee should be.

    Easy?:)

  • i like my coffee at 5 degree

  • oh yeah - that too lol!!! (chilling in the fridge lol... and the browning first) hahaha :-)

  • Why don't you make a video showing us your meatball making skills?

  • Great video!

I always use Worcestershire sauce in my meatballs though, and garlic.

  • this was very helpful. You have a very simple and professional production here! I am going to go look for more.

  • thank you for giving us idea's for accompaniments. Sometimes it is hard figuring out new idea's of what to serve with the main dishes shown in a video.

  • made the meatballs for dinner i got to say Dave 2 thumbs up your the man

  • Glad you enjoyed them ;)

  • you should enter that home chef competition they have on tv in australia.

top home chef i think its called

    hope you feel better soon

    cyndi

  • Kk thanks!!

Sorry to keep asking questions on u vids^^

but how long on what temp. To finish of in the oven after browned on stove?

    :D

  • Thats OK - asking questions is how we learn!

Finish the meatballs in the oven (220 degrees Celsius) for about 20-25 mins.

  • Oh and how much is 1 cup in grams?

  • 1 cup = 250g

  • Hehe i have made loads of ur recipes and this one i have NOT tried and i wanna!!:(

    xD

So can i cook the meatball on ring?

    Or oven?

If so what temp or ring number heat?

    Thx

  • You can cook the meatballs in a frying pan on the stove, use a medium heat. Brown the meatballs evenly, then allow them to cook all the way through in the oven.

  • lol wow looks good

  • thats basically how my mom makes them but with ketchup and i dont think eggs. but u are amazing!!!!!!

  • Looks good :)

  • ah thanx..im doing it right now..i hope it comes out nice..:]

  • Let me know how it goes - I hope you enjoy it!

  • That looks fabulous! Now I'm hungry! :)

  • Delicious!! This has made me very hungry!!

  • yummy. i know what im gonna cook tonight.

  • You'll love it - especially when served with a big bowl of pasta - YUM!!!

  • The meatball bake would make a great meatball herp!

  • I'm not sure what a "herp" is - is that a kind of sandwich? I love using the left over meatball bake for toasted sandwiches!

  • haha That was a typo. I mean "hero" so yes a sandwich!

  • fantastic mate, well done ;)

  • Thanks - glad you enjoyed it :)
