  • Im faster or just as fast and out weigh this guy by atleast 100 pounds. Still all admit hes fast but so em I .

  • where do u get them from, want one much

  • Invisible master is right. I didn't see shit.

  • dam lol those are some fast hands

  • :9 killer headbut lol!!

  • dam dis shit is crazy wut fightin style is this?

  • he busts out the jows & the tous

  • 0:07

    wtf was that?

  • thats realy good man u shud teach me

  • I have a question. HOW THE FUCK TO GET THAT FAST

  • how big are ball bearings and where can i get them

  • You go good speed but handsmoving unflexed is a fluid motion which can be done by anyone with that kind of speed. Throwng fists can be more powerful, faster, and more helpful than this.

  • excellent hand speed... but if the bag is made of is filled with ball bearingh how does this guy not damage his hands?

  • the iron palm technique also involves a bearing stage. THe idea is to give enough time for the conditioning. They start out with bags filled with cotton, and try punches, elbows and palms on it, while standing in horse stance. They do this for many months on end (even if you think you deserve more than cotton :)), they then move on to mung bean, a few months later, soy bean. Then comes gravel and then bearings :). SO.. in about 4 yrs time your hands should be able to pluck wood from a tree :)

  • because he has condition his hands and strengthened them. when you condition your hands small sponge like bones break and regrow stronger (scar tissue devolops also i believe, which is harder than bone.) Also a lot of the nerve endings become less susceptible to pain.

  • He is pretty fast.

  • thats actually really cool

  • so fast it looks like slaps

  • its a type of condition for dim mack and wing chun the bags filled with small pebbles but has about 5 or 6 layers of cloth inside. the more condition they get the more cloth they can take out. you can get them from china or you can make your own plus is silent just makes a really cool noice when doin elbows and hand strikes

  • this is good conditioning, is it a maise ball?

  • He is so fast that he could even shave his head without we noticed!! :)

  • wing chun ?

  • he's using his arms as a nunchaku o.O:D

  • Lofl @ 0.13 he shaves his hair :p

  • Damn. That would tear my hands up. That has to hurt for a while until you get your hands toughened up.

  • thats just bitch slapes

  • coming from a guy that cant spell

  • im going to slapes you!!! hahahahahahaha

  • First, slaps are underrated. You can generate enormous elastic power from slapping.

Second, half the point of this is to condition the hands. If they were to only use punches, the palms of the hands would be left out.

  • You left out that they're mostly punching.. they just slapped it like 4 times.

  • Look at the happoken strike in the japanese arts. If someone slaps your eardrum.... YOU WILL KNOW ABOUT IT.

Many of the old jujutsu schools include open palm strikes because they are very effective and more importantly... you won't break your knuckle.

  • that's some serious fluidity and power wrapped together. the style's sweet.

  • Excellent. I might have to make one of those myself.

  • looks close to my general practice style. except he is a bit faster. i do an open hand drill of my own invention. and my speed has gone straight up because of it

  • A slap in the face like that would give those guys at least a full second to set up a good solid punch, very very good.

  • lol dam boy you bitch slap that thing pritty hard.

  • I wonder where would I buy a bag of ball bearings.

  • flows like water @_@

  • Ugly

  • fukin hell dis guy is like machine man

  • damn shit look heavy.. haha.. kinda look like he slapping it..

  • i remember when i was younger i hit a really rough heavybag bare handed and i continued to hit it not knowing the damage that i was inflicting to my hands. my knucles where cut up and bleeding boy i was stupid.

  • You can condition them so its no longer a problem.

  • Great video.

The only annoyance is someone calling himself "Master".

    What has he "mastered"?

  • whats in those? hes hitting it pretty hard

  • ball bearings

  • whats in those? hes hitting it pretty hard

  • fuuuck markos a nut. look at that hes in a league of his own

  • woah thats pretty hardcore stuff look at marko's steel body stuff before you watch this to understand more what hes doing here.. conditioning

  • Don't try and make your own you can damage your hands just go and try it out for yourself

  • that retard wud smack u up boyyyeee lol

  • I would like a bag like this anyone know where I can get one.

    Thanks,

    The RenshiKF

  • hahahahahaha ratard !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • can any one tell me how I can get a bag like that? which brand is it? were do you get the BBs? and any other useful info.

  • broken glass is a good starter its not that bad lol

  • My uncle used to do broken glass and trees back in the 70s, before the chinese hand conditioning was made known to most westerners. The formula you're looking for is Dit Da Jow or Iron Hit Wine. It can be made at home, but many of the ingredients are poisonous so you have to be careful. You'll need Vodka or Whiskey or even rubbing alcohol if you wanna go real cheap.

  • where did you get all those ball bearings?? will marbles work??

  • No, marbles won't work. Do some research and don't go at this by yourself, you will shred your hands and/or permanently damage them, you've been warned.

  • Dude, I punch concrete, I slam my hands against 2x4s, and you're saying marbles shred your hands up?

  • I used to do the Japanese style of conditioning that you're doing right now, I can tel you that it's wrong and the Chinese way is 100% better. The Japanese way of hand conditioning will leave you either with severe arthritis or completely unable to use your hand when you are 50, I'm not taking out my ass, do some research. I told him not to do this without guidance or he could easily overdo it and destroy his hands. That's reason.

  • Jason you can buy reloading steel shot or steel BB's. Be aware that if they are not pure steel and they are coated with something that substance can enter through your skin and damage your health.

  • what about bearings from bike tires

  • You may want to start with broken glass

  • r u for real? broken glass wtf

  • I thought you were BS-ing with bearings from bike tires. How old are you again? You're not supposed to do any iron skills before you hit 18. If you're old enough I recommend buying a good iron palm program versus just hitting ball bearings by yourself, it's risky, you need guidance.

  • Broken glass i lmfao nice o wow

  • How much does that bag weigh?

  • Not much I assume, I own a smaller version and they are pretty light. It's just whats inside that makes it tough...

  • that was an art made 1000 years ago it was call signal strength

  • I've hit the bag at markos gym... you need time to get used to it..come in and try it for yourself..

  • hey do you guys use any medicated ointments after hitting that bag or you just go at it?

  • We do more basic conditioning before using the bag. Your hands have to be relatively tough beforehand to hit that bag without injury.

  • I have a question. If you're say a guitar player but want to go deep into hand conditioning - would this effect my ability to play?

  • yup pretty sure it would

  • Still play... no problem!

  • yeah it does effect certain playing techniques and fingering speed. i don't think you will see someone with well conditioned hands sweep some arpeggios at 200bpm sixteenth notes.

  • No, not if it is done gradully and within your limits you shuld be fine. also supervision helps with someone that knows how!!!!

  • it would!!!

  • Do you use any type of Dit da jow?

  • No dit da jow is used... blood circulation removes damage.

  • yes its true. hitting a ball bearing bag like that with whippy hits is hard on the hands. his hands must be very conditioned

  • Yes I agree! These armchair martial artists have obviously experienced all the tough, hard training. I'd like to see him on video hitting ball bearings, (even from his armchair) and lets see how pretty damn tough his hands are then!

  • MastaChance obviously doesnt have a clue what he's talking about another one of these youtube masters who likes to comment from the safety of his computer chair!

  • I started out in Muay Thai and Taekwondo, in which i have competed in both. Now I am focusing on MMA. So I know my way around striking, and I have been hitting heavybags and makiwaras since i was 14, so my hands are pretty damn tough.

  • i bet if you went into that gym and hit that bag like that you wouldn't be bragging. punching using gloves against a heavy bag is a little different.

  • And what the hell was that suppossed to be?

  • They're hitting a bag full of ball bearings. I've a speed bag full of steel shot & we do the same thing.

Do you do any hard conditioning like this?

  • Oh, you're A GRAPPLER. Never mind.

  • a display of speed, strength, fluidity and skill.. but since you cant see that your obviously the type of person that goes into a street fight and either gets a lucky sucker punch in or comes out a loser
