The greatest cause of stress in the world is pace. Have no rhythm, no pace, no timing - remain intuitive. No rhythm is the best rhythm. Rhythm makes good songs. Songs are composed, programmed, keyed, timed - the human condition has no potential in that I mean there is no limit to it therefore I cannot talk about it, to talk about it is to quantify the human condition. It's not a variable. It's not a number and certainly not a damned rhythm. It is beyond all of these.
This is amazing- I had sore muscles where I didn't even know I had muscles in my stomach! I have always had 'girl parts' issues and feel warmth and energy in my pelvis and lower belly where before there was only a dull ache and tenderness- I've done this class three times now and always find myself grinning hugely afterwards!! thank you so much namaste
This session truly helped me balance out. I was all excited to begin working on a project---my head was bouncing around with ideas, my body felt "unsorted" and displaced. I knew it was time for a breather, with some yoga. I got exactly what me, my body, mind and spirit, all needed. Thank you for the work you do.
Great yoga video. I'm trying to strengthen my lungs due to having sarcoidosis and this seems like a great video to do. I feel great after doing this. Thanks so much for posting this video!
I just had a miscarriage at 8 weeks, after trying to conceive for three years. I'm hoping this can renew my energies and reset my body in a matter of speaking.
Thank you so much Sarah. I love the way you teach yoga with a smile. This was a wonderful session.

I'm pulling an all-nighter working on a project for uni and this was just a fantastic break, even though the rapid breath of fire almost killed me =P
Thank you so much.

Great vid. I felt tremendous energy after completing. I never thought I can breathe this well with the nose. And nice work with the background.
