BPL/BT Vision - Broadband Over Phonelines - Intereference To CB Radio

I get this from 26 - 27MHz here, rest of the HF bands are clean.

I've just started to get this in the past two weeks. I can hear it almost anywhere between 3MHz-27Mhz but as you can see the signal is very low. I can only assume that someone a few streets away is using the equipment. I intend to try to track the offending house down using a handheld CB. I know it comes from the mains because when I put my CB handheld near any mains socket the signal increases and when I put the handheld near the main fuse box the signal is much stronger.
