  • SOUNDS LIKE MONSTERS.INC MUSIC ON ACID *D-

  • @drongovids which works in a way. most of the songs on this one had a water themed title

  • what a load of swank!

    key kong!

  • this takes me back to my touching granny years

  • The start sounds alot like SOAD. People who didnt know better would think it was SOAD. You can clearly hear the influence (on SOAD)

  • watermole, duckmole, Barnacle!

  • 1:40 I got that shirt from a piece of macaroni.

  • A Furry Beetle, A Bug Bear A Palenzooligist... Nightmare

  • i like the meatwad style voice. i thought he was made after 1995?

  • ow0:52 even when there kids they still look odd

  • in rush's beyond the lighted stage, lifeson says that you either get their music or you dont. and well, i just dont get this.

  • this song made me tired

  • audio sounds cooked :/

    however: best. fucking. song.

  • man the bass line at 3:23 is....

  • man.... so this is what a classically trained bassist can do in an awesome alt/ jazz/ fusion/ some kind of awesome band...

  • @smittyfromthecity actually this style is referred to as avant-garde....it's worth looking into, it's like falling into a rabbit hole when you discover that genre i'll help you out....nuclear rabbit, polkadot cadaver, sikth, estradasphere and crotchduster.....also ipecac records have really good bands they specialize in avant-garde!

  • @xxxslayerxxx666 No offence, I love Mr. Bungle and this sort of music, but it's not really Avant-Garde. It's more experimental. Listen to some post-1945 Avant-Garde music. You'll see what real Avant-Garde is :)

  • @MELONMOVIES strange because they are signed under ipecac records, and that is an avant-garde record company.

  • @xxxslayerxxx666 Avant garde generally refers to the post 1945 classical style.

  • @MELONMOVIES that doesn't make sense, so every classicaly styled band after 1945 is considered avant-garde? that does not compute! classical to me is instrumental, melodic and harmonic rather than progressive, multi-genred, and DADA influenced(and by that i mean music that freaks people out like the residents and foetus!)

  • @xxxslayerxxx666 No it is "a" style, but there are many others. This is quite sane music compared to what I consider avant-garde. For example, keeping to the theme of all things Mike Patton :) , his album "Adult Themes for Voices" is what I would consider Avant-Garde. It disregards tonality, rhythm and conventional use of instruments (in that case voice). This song (Platypus) however, has tonality, rhythm and conventional use of instruments... :)

  • needs a higher sample rate upload, it sounds like the drums are under water

  • Ornithorhynchus anatinus - platypus Sleeping geology On the isolated shore For millions of years Experimental continent On purpose or accident? Mysterious evolving Problem solvingA vaudeville? A nation including one superior creation A vertebra? Inverted...quite unheard of... Orphan in a family And a sole survivor He's a living fossil Reptillian? Mammalian He's a bird-beaked, beaver-butt Australian Amphibious? Paradox wearing plaid socks Furry beetle? A bugbear, and a palezoologist's nightmare
  • This song is like the epitome of avant-garde music. At least, stuff like this comes to mind when I think avant-garde.

  • wow this band is awesome!

  • Ornithorhynchus anatinus - platypus

  • This takes me back to my teen years!

  • Peculiar.

  • @JosephKuby Of course it's peculiar...It's Mr. Bungle!

  • @JosephKuby quite peculiar indeed
