Despite it being fake thats awful that the guy pulled it out, saying "it had to be done" pulling out things from stabs wounds is the worst thing u can do if your hit an atery the lodged object stops u from loosing a ton of blood >.< fool. lesson if u get a screwdriver in your arm dont show anyone incase they yank it out.
