I guess it would be good for noobie rider but for people that know what a clutch is, why would they need it? Just one more thing to break on your bike!
Why would you high side on a lean with the KTRC system? It makes sure your wheels are rotating at the same speed, thus making sure the bike stays stable and that you don't get thrown off due to instability?
It's a good idea, though I know more than a few riders who prefer manual controls over a machine/computer getting involved.
Because you can still lose lateral grip while leaned over (think tire choice and condition of tires). This won't magically make you stick like glue while riding over gravel/water/oil... with the bike leaned over. I think chances of high/lowside would be the same.
It may make some riders over-confident in corners thinking they can just ride over that huge patch of sand at a 45deg lean because their 'traction control' will handle it.
Handy for putting around on gravel or in the rain though.
Only one way to find out if it works, pin it and pray

Wouldn't this cause you to high side rather than low side the bike if you lean too far on normal road???
