Good review. Have you tried Jockey Club by Wilsons? I prefer it to Royal George which is a little too heavy for my tastes. Jockey Club is perfumed but in a light, fresh way.

Royal George is one of my favourites! Yes, the tins are quite annoying, I tent to open it in my palm so i can sniff up any spillage.

or try opening the tin on top of a sheet of paper, this way whatever you spilled can go straight back into the tin

It's a lot safer than dip or chew and much better for you than smoking. May look gross but it gives a great nicotine hit without annoying other people and is the cheapest and safest form of tobacco use.

I'm referring more to the method, I guess. Dip is not gross to me.

I guess I should try it before I state an opinion. Closest I've been to snuff is Copenhagen Snuff.

I know what you mean about the bothersome tins. It's seems no matter how I tap it or carefully open the lid, snuff gets all over the place, it's even more frustrating with the 5 gram tins :(
