I like catch wrestling and I'm from North Jersey but it's so hard to find. This one seems to be for kids.

Great job man its always good to start them at a young age but dont over do it because remember there pretty young but what your doing is pretty good :) I started karate when I was really young I cant remember exactly how old but like 3 or 4 maybe 6 but under 10 for sure I stopped after a few belts because I never really wanted to learn back then cause I had no one to push me turned 14 started again kept going for 2 years now im sparring with guys in there 20s and were pretty even

Think uou should have a video of your kids, in their matches actually punching or kicking, like you have been teaching, not just take down.... and thats it :\ no mounting strike or anything
