Stupid people are deathly afraid of logical, intelligent people. I don't know why that is, maybe someone can explain. So, Pres. Obama is intelligent, but 50 percent black, and as far as  stupid people are concerned, being black (which is not a choice) is by default being stupid. But being born stupid seems like a badge of honor for a lot of people who don't have the guts to crawl out of the comfortable stupid zone.

I, for one am happy to have status updates periodically, and to have a President who is in touch with the predicament of the country. That is not something that you can say for his predecessor. W. had 4-6 press conferences during the entire length of his presidency, and I believe Mr. Obama has already exceeded that count.

They have all been informative, and if Congress moved half as fast as the Presidency people would appreciate that more.
