  • Sun Salutations feel so good, it's sometimes difficult to stop!

  • At 1:12 when you stretch forward, the move syncs with exactly that sound in the background, which I think was a horse neighing. :-)

  • fucker.\, you copied surya namaskar of indian yoga

  • @9365810788 do you understand English? He already said the move was from Yoga. Was there a reason to abuse someone? You brought shame on our country.

  • @9365810788 And what's the problem with that??

    U mad bro!!

  • JUST DO IT.. ...

  • @rouiereise1 Yep! : )

  • The Best Warm Up Exercise! This is stretching cold muscles. Do this after warm-up or after workout. WTF!

  • @StonedRambo01 From a novice point of view this is stretching, but if you understand yoga you will know the internal fire you create with this sequence warming the muscles from the internal energy centre. For thousands of years this sequence has been performed at the beginning of yoga practice. if it didn't work then it would of been changed a few thousand years ago. Just do it and see for yourself.

  • This is SURYANAMASKAR.... Which is the paart of ancient Hindu Tradition of YOGA.... If u will do atleast 13 times a day 100% pure you will loose hell loads of fat and will build strong body..

  • thanks for the response. def gona try these. where in NI you from? hint of a malone road accent right there :-)

  • @mattman3297 Interesting you should say that, I did live on the Malone road as a baby, and have lived all over the world. I currently reside in Fermanagh. Yourself?

  • @BeYourPotential Thats certainly not fermanagh in your video! I lived in belvoir park. now im in glasgow.

  • I like it.

when you are doing the downward dog position (i think its called), how do you keep your back so straight?

    Is it just hamstring flexibility?

  • I like it.

  • @mattman3297 Thanks... hamstring flexibility definitely helps and just continually focusing on having improving posture!

  • I cant do both of them

  • My question would be, What can you do? Can you sit in a seat and stand up again. Can you lay down on the floor and get back up again? Start with this. Do it ten times. Take baby steps. Click on my link above right for my complete system. I believe that you need this! Thanks and keep going! : )

  • i learned from chris in training that when you stretch down to touch the ground at the start you must keep your legs straight because i was bending mine so when i stretch over i can't touch the ground yet so hopefully that will improve

  • Straight or bent is a personal preference. ; )

  • Cool, man

  • Thanks, keep watching! :-)
