With 500W a standard K would easily go faster than 70kph. With 10.000W you'd have an uncontrollable rocket. A VM like the K is strictly meant for human power only. I think the designer of the K thinks mentioning the word e-assist is like cursing in church.
@pjotr320 Yes, totally! I made a mistake though, the OP meant battery capacity, though the motor he specs seems waaay too powerful anyway.
There's no need for such acceleration - we already see how that gets car drivers in trouble with the endless cycle of drag race away from the lights and slam on the brakes at the next traffic queue. That's partly what prevents car drivers from learning to anticipate as well as cyclists do. IMO.
@leaualorin 10kW would be ridiculous. Even 500W would lead to outrageous speeds in a velo.
