@rockandzeppelin well the only way to be more "bad" than slipknot is to have a death metal influence, otherwise slipknot wins in heaviness. Since slipknot is my favorite band i like them more than any other out there especially since they can be heavy but soft at the same time.

@stigmurder99 they are, just because they aren't "BROOOT4L D34THC0RE!!!!" doesn't make them soft, vol.3 wasnt that heavy obviously, but they came back on all hope is gone, gematria is one of their most heaviest and most technical tracks they've ever done, there is thrash metal and even a hint of death metal influence in that song. And like i said, the only bands that are heavier than slipknot are death metal/deathcore bands.

@Presteratti I will not deny that I like Impending Doom. In fact, I am seeing them live for the second time tomorrow. Some other bands/projects I enjoy are Korpiklaani, Ensiferum, Burzum, Dark Throne, Rompeprop, Anal Cunt, Acid Witch, Fisthammer, Rotten Sound, Brujeria, etc. I don't judge a band by their message, popularity, or their ethnicity, or anything. Their musicians. I listen to them because I like their music.
