Great product. Hers's a trouble shooting tip: If the USB recorder has recorded the telephone message and appears to play back but you cannot hear the sound. Check that you have Windows Mediaplayer installed and that you have selected it on your operating system as the default media player.
On the Tel Baby ver 3.0 Software select Setting: Audio Codec: aLaw(64kbps) and Player : System Default - from the drop down menu.
