Thank you very much! Using that description, I was able to find exactly the right part.

I'd love to do this mod for my unicycle, but, I'll be darned if I can find and Open Ended Stem. I've looked Everywhere and the company listed in the video doesn't sell online.

Any suggestions?

@H0150 It's been a while since I used that setup, and now have a kris holm touring bar that attaches under the saddle. But the open end piece is basically a tandem "stoker" stem. If you google it in images you can see it. they come in different angles and lengths, but that's what i had for my set up, and it worked well for mounting the setup to the seatpost.
