Awesome stuff...been looking for mahogany bodied V and Explorer for a little while now. Can not wait to get one. Phantom, in your opinion, will the humbuckers need an upgrade? or do they sound alright?

@scotlandish Personally, I like a little more bright sounding pick up than what came with the kit. If you have nothing else available they will do the job - at least until get something with a brand name. The pick ups that came with the kit are more than likely some Artec pickups but with no markings its hard to say.

@tommyrulz100 There are times when olson has a hard time recieving emails, especially if they are coming from yahoo for some reason. Most have luck messaging him directly through the GFRM forum or his ebay account... Keep trying if still no luck let me know and I'll try to get your info to him ( I guess you can also message him through his youtube account - I didn't see his reply below till just now)
