navy vet here.. hope you like elivators! going to japan isant as fun as you would think.. put your self in a 2x2 foot room, locked door, and make that room go up and down by 40 feet at a wack.. THATS CALLED GENERAL QUARTERS! and your there for hours on end, with 2 - 4 people.. most are puking like mad. anyways.. enjoy.. you'll never forget that expierence.
Navy is a big call, it's not an easy life, but the rewards are there if you get through. It's good to hear you are taking care of yourself and really thinking about things though - that's a good sign for the future. I hope you make it to Japan sometime soon :)
Yeah, it's gonna be rough in the Navy, but hey, if I'm able to visit Japan either while I'm in active service or afterwards when I go back to college, it'll all be worth it!
