@neerajmjj not exactly, he speak an invented language but some words are from milan dialect or some expressions suggest some italian word.
The creator of La Linea is Osvaldo Cavandoli (Italian) and the voice is Giancarlo Bonomi (Italian, precisely from Milan).
there's no french in "La Linea".
