no offence to anybody but i think that the guitar hero franchise needs to stop trying to please everybody the first games where good until it got to world tour. they tried to please every body and i think its going to kill the franchise in the end. Most of the people who bought the first ones where either classic rock fans or where interested in a new kind of music. now theyre switching to newer music and making it less interesting and recycling the same experience. guitar hero franchise RIP

Yeah, difficulty tweaking is easy though. All I'm getting at is how little effort is going into making all these games compared to how much they cost. And now that the GH games have virtually reached all the functionality you could want, alot of the effort is devoted towards parts of the game that you don't care too much about like character movements, and graphics.
