@KatherineInBraille Kosovo should be Serbia. Kaczynski and many Poles in general opposed Kosovo independence. There was an opinion poll in Wprost which said over 53% Poles still see Lwow and Vilnius as Polish. Most eastern lands of Poland should be Polish but its impossible to take that back however I do think that the treatment of Poles in the Kresy should be looked at since there is lots of Polish history there and I am happy the politicians have looked at that in recent years especially
My view on Kosovo is influenced by the fact that my family lives in Croatia and they despise the Serbian people. The discussion about getting Kresy back is pointless, the land is lost and only old people want it back. My family's been living threre since 1939, but I live in Poland. Hate towards the Serbs is connected mostly with the 1990s, Srebrenica etc. My Croatian relatives call all Serbs 'Chetniks'. Even during the WW2, Chetniks had a principle of: 'The cleansing of all national minorities and anti-state elements from state territory' How wrong-minded and blood-thirsty is that nation, unbelievable.

I do not and I personally think that Poland taking back everything they had there is wrong but it does not mean Poles and their history should persecuted there. The current Polish government which is liberal is not even visiting LT anymore because the Lithuanians take down bilingual signs when PL puts them up for Lithuanians in Sejny and they also made a stupid passport law on last names.

Tylko w Polsce czuję się jak w domu i nie rozumiem wszystkich tych zadziornych emigrantów, którzy dopiero co wyjechali czyścić kible w Berlinie czy Londynie i od razu plują na Polskę. Panowie, dzisiaj wszyscy podróżują i widzą, że od Europy Zachodniej wcale nie dzieli nas jakaś przepaść! Zakompleksieni są chyba tylko dekle po podstawówce, którzy wyrwali się z Koziej Wólki. Pozdro!
Swoją drogą byłem w Grecji, kraj zaliczany do Zachodu od dawna, ale sporo rzeczy jest i nich gorzej, niż u nas. Dało się odczuć, że to brudny kraj. Chociażby i na każdym znaku drogowym (praktycznie) było coś nalepione, było graffiti, ale ogólnie podobało mi się tam ;)

Włochy czy Grecja nie dość, że są od nas bardziej zasyfione, to jeszcze bardziej zbiurokratyzowane i skorumpowane(a przecież tam nie było komuny). w Londynie jest więcej syfiastych slumsów niż w Warszawie, a w Hiszpanii mniej osób ma dostęp do neta niż w Polsce:) Pozdrawiam wszystkich tych, którzy są bardziej obietkywni, a nie tylko opluwają nasz kraj(tych to przeklinam!!)

In the Union of Poland and Lithuania There was a single capital Krakow. After ww1 Lithuania got independence and the Capital was Vilnius. Very soon after Mad Poles took it over because of a large Polish Population . After the Soviets Vilnius got returned

It's the elders who want Lwów and Kijów back, only due to sentiments. This area has been destroyed by the Soviets and there's no point in getting it back. You think you can teach me the history of my own country? Lwów, Grodno, Kijów etc. are foreign for the Poles born after the WW2. What is sick is such a fanatic sentimentalism towards the long gone times. If you say: 'The Borderland is Polish', the Germans can say the same thing, and I live in the north-west part of Poland (where the Germans ruled until 1945) so I'm quite sensitive about that. And let me repeat that Kosovo is not Serbian any freaking more!

@KatherineInBraille Kosovo should be Serbia. Kaczynski and many Poles in general opposed Kosovo independence. There was an opinion poll in Wprost which said over 53% Poles still see Lwow and Vilnius as Polish. Most eastern lands of Poland should be Polish but its impossible to take that back however I do think that the treatment of Poles in the Kresy should be looked at since there is lots of Polish history there and I am happy the politicians have looked at that in recent years especially

My view on Kosovo is influenced by the fact that my family lives in Croatia and they despise the Serbian people. The discussion about getting Kresy back is pointless, the land is lost and only old people want it back. I repeat: if the Poles would like to have Kresy back, the Germans could claim the same thing about the western Poland; I live there thus I am against such ridiculous ideas as 'Polski Lwów'. Kijów ile znajdziecie, Lwów ile nałapiecie.

I think the Serbs had a better anti-Nazi resistance then Croatia. Poland cannot get Kresy back Germans lost land because of Hitler and giving up some land to them is nothing compared to what Poland had in the East. It was a larger nation and Germany getting back Kaliningrad might be a good thing. Kresy should still not persecute Polish minorities.

My family's been living threre since 1939, but I live in Poland. Hate towards the Serbs is connected mostly with the 1990s, Srebrenica etc. My Croatian relatives call all Serbs 'Chetniks'. Even during the WW2, Chetniks had a principle of: 'The cleansing of all national minorities and anti-state elements from state territory' How wrong-minded and blood-thirsty is that nation, unbelievable.

I do not and I personally think that Poland taking back everything they had there is wrong but it does not mean Poles and their history should persecuted there. The current Polish government which is liberal is not even visiting LT anymore because the Lithuanians take down bilingual signs when PL puts them up for Lithuanians in Sejny and they also made a stupid passport law on last names.

@power201 Z tym byciem biednym to aż tak bardzo nie przesadzaj, bo Polska zdaje sie przez ONZ czy Międzynarodowy Fundusz Walutowy oraz Bank Światowy została zaliczona do krajów bogatych, ale to tylko taki mały szczegół:) Poza tym właśnie rządzący w ciągu ostatnich 20tu lat przyczynili się do naszego skoku cywilizacyjnego w przeciwieństwie do np. komuchów, którzy nasz kraj zniszczyli i pozbawili go szansy na rozwój. Oczywiście, że mogło byc więcej reform, ale dobre i to.

Mieszkałem w paru miejscach w Europie, obecnie w Belgii, ale zawsze chętnie wracam na jakiś czas do Polski. Tylko w Polsce czuję się jak w domu i nie rozumiem wszystkich tych zadziornych emigrantów, którzy dopiero co wyjechali czyścić kible w Berlinie czy Londynie i od razu plują na Polskę. Panowie, dzisiaj wszyscy podróżują i widzą, że od Europy Zachodniej wcale nie dzieli nas jakaś przepaść! Zakompleksieni są chyba tylko dekle po podstawówce, którzy wyrwali się z Koziej Wólki. Pozdro!

Swoją drogą byłem w Grecji, kraj zaliczany do Zachodu od dawna, ale sporo rzeczy jest i nich gorzej, niż u nas. Dało się odczuć, że to brudny kraj. Chociażby i na każdym znaku drogowym (praktycznie) było coś nalepione, było graffiti, ale ogólnie podobało mi się tam ;)

Włochy czy Grecja nie dość, że są od nas bardziej zasyfione, to jeszcze bardziej zbiurokratyzowane i skorumpowane(a przecież tam nie było komuny). w Londynie jest więcej syfiastych slumsów niż w Warszawie, a w Hiszpanii mniej osób ma dostęp do neta niż w Polsce:) Pozdrawiam wszystkich tych, którzy są bardziej obietkywni, a nie tylko opluwają nasz kraj(tych to przeklinam!!)

@Restitutek nie pluje na Polskę, to moja ojczyzna ale to stosunkowo biedny kraj z niedorozwiniętą gospodarką. ciężko się dziwić frustracji polaków na zachodzie... prawda że wyjechało tam wielu jełopów którzy generalnie robią nam złą opinię ale przecież nie wszyscy są tacy. gdyby nagle wszyscy emigranci wrócili do kraju to bezrobocie skoczyło by do 25% ciężko jest tu znaleźć jakąkolwiek prace, ciężko żyć godnie. w Warszawie może tego nie widać ale na prowincji tak. A bieda prowadzi do kompleksów

@ausweisbite Przecież dużo studentów sobie w ten sposób dorabia, a przy okazji nie będą mieli luki w CV. Jak jesteś fachowcem i coś umiesz to także nie powinieneś mieć większych problemów ze znalezieniem pracy, zwłaszcza że Polska sama ma problemy ze znalezieniem wykwalifikowanych pracowników takich jak murarze, spawacze, inżynierowie czy informatycy, bo niewiele osób się na takie szkoły decyduje.

@ausweisbite Co do tego, że u nas nie można godnie żyć, to znowu nie jest aż tak tragicznie. Oczywiście do zachodu sporo tracimy, ale znowu spójrzmy na naszych innych sąsiadów np. Białoruś czy Ukrainę. Co oni mają powiedzieć?! Przecież u nich jest znacznie gorzej, więc walą do nas drzwiami i oknami bo tutaj zarobią kilka razy więcej niż u siebie, a na dodatek wykonują bardzo proste zajęcia, za które zarobią tutaj więcej niż u siebie za bardziej ambitne.

Oczywiście Polska też ma sporo jeszcze do zrobienia, zwłaszcza w dziedzinie infrastruktury i podniesienia jakości życia Polaków i pamiętajmy o tym, że nie jesteśmy w niczym potęgą, ale nie popadajmy znowu w jakieś skrajne malkontenctwo.

@Obserwattor Mieszkasz tu już 4 lata i nie zauważyłeś chamstwa wśród Angoli?? Każdy by zauważył, a to że akurat my się neiraz kłocimy to jest bardziej ludzka cecha, a nie narodowości.

@Becksss100 Owszem zauważyłem... jednak w Polsce zauważam je nieporównywalnie częściej. Dlatego wypowiadam się tylko za siebie... ja naprawdę dobrze się czuję w Anglii zdecydowanie lepiej niż u nas. I tyle w temacie takie jest moje zdanie...

@Obserwattor zależy od środowiska, w którym się obracasz. Jak to się mówi są ludzie i parapety. Widać w UK częściej spotykasz ludzi, a w Polsce częściej spotykałeś parapety:) Pozdrawiam
