Excella may not have been a very interesting in the main game, but she makes up for it as a playable character in The Mercenaries Reunion which is why she's now my new favorite Resident Evil character. She has the coolest melee attacks of all the characters and she's just pure badass sexiness. I don't see how anyone can't like her after watching this trailer!

The way I see it almost every Resident Evil game has had a mini game like Mercenaries, and they always mix it with characters in the current game and some characters from past games. They rarely use the same characters from a previous game (except maybe Wesker), so if they added all the characters from the Merc Game in RE4 that would just be boring, in my opinion. I like the selection of characters they have for Mercs and Mercs Reunion.

People it's called Mercenaries "Reunion". All the new characters are partners of the characters in RE5. Rebecca was Chris's partner, Barry was Jill's partner, Josh was Sheva's partner, and Excella was Wesker's partner.

I think the characters they added are just fine, we get 2 classic characters that don't get much attention and 2 from RE5 who just look cool playable. :)
