Fukui seems to really find these dishes appealing, but in the bell pepper battle with Kobe, Fukui keeps talking about how much he hates bell peppers.

It's ironic that they overdub his voice with such a silly accent...given that he's actually speaking Japanese, and seemingly pretty decently.

I imagine they dub it with an accent in English because he speaks with an accent in Japanese. Not very silly, no, but I've never heard an English dub with a real German accent.
